REALITY OF LOKPAL
Different different persons have different different perceptions.everybody wants to know that what happened with LOKPAL,why it was not presented in winter session as our respected prime minister said,what happened with sense of the house,what happened with the determination of U.P.A government as they said it surely that we will do it in winter session.
Now the main questions are:
1. is LOKPAL just a issue of politics?
2. Do this government want to pass this bill?
3. Do opposition really want to let it pass?
4. Is it still alive or dead?
5. if not dead then when it will come?
6. if it will come in next session then what will government do with the approximately 200 ammenments?
7. if U.P.A don't have the numbers for passing it then How they will let it pass?
STARTING OF THIS ISSUE
Everybody was busy in their life.nobody knew who is Anna Hazare then came to know that a person is fighting against the corruption alone in jantar mantar by having fast.now peoples was emotionally attached with anna because they are having the major issues with corruption they knew this person is fighting for us.as the day passed anna hazare have created the history with the support of public.Anna represented his Jan-Lokpal bill and entreated the goverment to passed it.
BREAKDOWNS
Team Anna faced lots of breakdown like Character assassination,lack of support of political parties and then lack of support of public support also as we saw in Mumbai.then they decided to meet the representatives of political parties and they organised it lots of representatives of political parties like B.J.P,M.C.P,S.P,T.C.P,J.D.U were presented there and promised that they will help to pass a strict LOKPAL bill.
IN LOK-SABHA
As the Lok-sabha started U.P.A represented its lok-pal and opposition demanded to reject that lok-pal as it is very weak.then they started voting for passing that bill but what happened S.P,B.S.P,R.J.D walked out from the lok-sabha it means they wanted to help the goverment for passing that bill.not an issue i said it in my first line of this blog that different different persons have different different perceptions over a issue.now what i saw voting was completed and lokpal of U.P.A have passed and sent to Rajya Sabha for approval.
IN RAJYA SABHA
As the Rajya Sabha Started india was watching because people of India wanted to know that who have the intention ruling party or opposition or no-one.but what i saw every party have the aggressive attitude whether its S.P or B.S.P these are those parties which is supporting the central goverment externally or T.M.C which is supporting central goverment internally.a list of ammenments was presented and goverment do not want to include that ammenments in lokpal by goverment so finally this question raised that please let it decided by voting but central goverment knew it very well that they don't have the numbers for passing it that's why they just have passed the time and Rajya sabha was adjourned.peoples of india were disappointed and still confused that who was the villain and why a strict lokpal was not passed.
POINT OF VIEWS OF POLITICAL PARTIES
B.J.P :- B.J.P is a main opposition party and they says if goverment will include theirs ammenments they will
help to pass this bill.they says we want a strict bill that it can fight with the corruption.
QUESTIONS
1. if they really want to pass this bill then why they didnt present their ammenments in lok-sabha?
2. why they didnt appointed lokayukt in Gujarat?
3. if they really wanted to pass it then when B.J.P was in central goverment why it was not passed?
CONGRESS:- Congress is in central goverment they says they have the intention to pass this bill but
B.J.P and other parties dont want to pass it.
QUESTIONS
1 .when they knew it very well that they dont have the number in rajya sabha why they passed it in lok
sabha?it should be discussed with ammenments in lok sabha then should be send to rajya sabha.
2. if C.B.I will independent then what kind of problem they have?
3. why T.M.C which support the goverment internally have the issues?
4. when Arun jaitley said we are ready to discuss it through out night then why they didnt arrange the session
as they knew the importance of this issue?
5. they started talking with S.P,B.S.P to support them why they didnt talked to B.J.P as B.J.P have the
second largest numbers?
6. they started character assassnation of team anna if they have the intention to pass this bill then whats the
need of it?
7. their ministers always said that its a conspiracy of R.S.S if this is a conspiracy of B.J.P and R.S.S if the
C.B.I will independent then in this whats the benifit of team Anna?
8. where is Rahul Gandhi?

CONCLUSION
Conclusion is no-one wants to pass this bill because they know very well if it will be passed it will very dangerous for us.the happening that was happened in parliament is called Choreography and every part wheather its B.J.P or B.S.P or S.P or CONGRESS participated in that Choreography.once again these parties fooled us.Lokpal is just a issue of politics so wake up and do something as elections comes give your vote very carefully and i want to say one thing in last corruption cant be ended if we will depend on these parties.
